Returns & Exchanges
At Retro Simulation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Returns are accepted, however customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable, and refunds will only cover the value of the original order.
If you need a different size or product, we recommend requesting an exchange instead of a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition as when you received it
• Unworn and unused
• With all original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please email support@retrosimulation.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@retrosimulation.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Sale items or gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Personal care items (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, the fastest solution is usually to return your current item and place a new order.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
